Rendering of hotel services
Hotel services are rendering on the basis of a public contract or a writing contract.
To get a room a client (a citizen of the Republic of Belarus) is to present a passport. If a client doesn't have the passport one of the following documents is requared: established form reference, in case of loss of the passport; military card (for servicemen).
To get a room a client (foreign citizen or stateless person) is to present a passport and migraratory card with a stamp of the official of frontier troops about entrance of the foreigner in the Republic of Belarus.
After an agreed period of residence a client is to leave the room.
To extend the residence a client is to inform an admistrator not later than 12 hours prior to expiration the period of residence.
If there are no vacant rooms availible the extension of period of residence can be refused.
The accommodation of the people in alcoholic or narcotic intoxication is prohibited.
Reservation rules
The reservation of the rooms at the hotel is provided by administrator by means of client application by post, phone, e-mail, fax or directly by administrator.
The reservation of the room at the hotel is provided not later than 2 hours before checking in.
To make an application for reservation the following information must be indicated:
- company details,
- name, citizenship,
- the number of reserved places, the kind of the room,
- date and time checking in and checking out,
- payment,
- additional services
In case of changes the client must report to the administration of the hotel not later than 72 hours in advance if the number of checking in people exceeds 20, and not later than 24 hours in advance if the number is less than 20.
The reservation is free of charge.
Residence charge at the hotel
The payment for residence in the hotel is accepted by cash in belorussian roubles, by credit card or by transfer.
After consulting administrator a client can accupy any room after full payment.
When a family is checking in into the hotel with children at the age before 8 without granting a child a separate room/place extra payment is not necessary.
The payment for residence in the hotel is accepted according to the price-list every 24 hours of the whole residence period during the pay hour.
During checking out a client should settle the bills for additional services.
Resident's rules at the hotel
The key is given to the client by the administrator.
The resident may invite guests from 7 a.m. till 11 p.m.
The things that are prohibited for residents of the hotel:
- leave strangers in the room without the permission of the administration,
- smoking in the room,
- keep fire substances and material, weapons and explosives in the room,
- use electric instruments that are not included into a room's kit.
Residents of the hotel must:
- close windows, turn off water, lights, radio and TV while leaving the room. Also lock the door and leave the keys at the manager,
- follow the fire-safety rules,
- while checking out make the full payment and ask the manager to check out the room.
